The booking terms are designed to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure that I have the opportunity to plan. Cancellation policy

→ Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

→ In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the lesson will be charged in full.

Delay


→ Always notify us if you are late.

→ If you are more than 10 minutes late, the class may be shortened or canceled.

Evening and weekend supplement


→ For treatments that extend after 6:00 PM or on weekends, a surcharge of NOK 100 will apply.

Arrival


→ Free parking around the building.

→ Entrance C (Same as barber) – go through the common area/kitchen. Please knock before entering out of consideration for other customers.

Important information


→ Follow recommended advice before and after treatment for best results.

→ Lack of follow-up will affect results and durability.

→ Photos are taken before and after treatment as part of the documentation (you will be informed first).

Refunds and adjustments

→ Refunds are not given after treatment has been performed.

→ If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours - we will then find a solution or make the necessary adjustments.

Payment


→ Payment is made via card or Klarna invoice.

→ Certain treatments and promotions may require prepayment.

Discounts and offers


→ It is your responsibility to indicate the discount at checkout.

→ 10% discount on your next treatment when mentioned on Timma or Google.

FAQs


→ What happens if I get sick before class?

Please notify as soon as possible. In the event of illness, the 24-hour deadline still applies, but in the event of acute illness, discretion may be considered. Missed appointments without notification will always be invoiced.

→ What if you have to cancel the class?
If I become ill or unable to work, you will be notified as soon as possible. I will always reschedule your appointment as soon as I have free time.

→ Can I rebook my appointment?
Yes, as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. Rebooking after this is considered a late cancellation and may be charged.

→ Why do I have to pay for a lesson I don't show up for?
I set aside time just for you, and if you cancel too late, I will not be able to fill the appointment. Predictability is therefore important, both for the clients and for my income as a self-employed person.

→ What if I have an allergy or skin reaction after treatment?
Always let us know before class if you have allergies or sensitive skin. I offer allergy testing if needed. If you have a moderate-to-severe reaction afterwards, please contact a doctor.

→ Can I use gift cards when canceling?
Yes, but the gift card is considered used if the class is canceled too late or you do not show up.

→ Can I reserve an appointment without paying?
Yes, but some treatments or promotions may require prepayment. This is always stated at the time of booking.
